Soccer Game

Neely Kate did much better yesterday at her game. She did not get her feelings hurt by anything and did not want off the field. We had a talk in the car prior to the game about what she needed to do and not do. I guess it worked. Next week's talk will have to be about trying to kick the ball away from the other team. She loves to chase the ball around but does not get that you have to be aggressive yet. Maybe it is more important to just be happy at this time. Other parents tell me that their kids cried the whole game and it took a whole season for them to get where they are at. Maybe we will be ready for next season. We only have three games left with an off week the week of Halloween.
