Great Video

Neely Kate loves to watch this movie called, The Letter Factory, by Leap Frog. It is only 30 minutes and is mostly songs but she loves to sing with the song. Most importantly, she now knows all the sounds that the letters make. I didn't think she really knew them at first because she is able to remember all the words to many songs and I just figured it was rote memorization. After dinner two days ago, she was playing with the magnets on her easel and was showing Chris a letter at a time and saying its sound. Movies can be a good thing.
